Medical Alert

My mom,seems to be having a very difficult time to not touch the button on the necklace,by mistake...am wondering if there are any tips on how to wear it and be able to not be so concerned in setting it off by mistake? She has done it at least 6 or7 times since she has had it and is getting frustrated...She is trying the bracelet one the past 2 days and has also set it off!What are we to do?
