Medical Alert

Service was ok, but having to charge the monitor almost every night was a pain. When you get a message in the middle of the night to plug in your monitor, that is awakening and irritating.

Works well. Allows wearer to feel safe.

Response for medical care is outstanding but billing and customer services are inconsistent. Resolutions to issues and improper billing (on going) is problematic.
