Medical Alert

Only complaint I have is: last time I called for ambulance the person assisting me said "is everyone else ok in the house". I said yes, she then said I will treat this like a false alarm. I yelled & said "no" I need an ambulance. And then apparently she did not tell them "back door or apt.

Ouestion why don’t you all check back with people who call for help. After wards.. also if people need one going out how much . Please let me know

I have a 96 year old father and this medical alert helped him several times when he fell and needed help. The response to the call was immediately answered. I am grateful for this service it gives me a peace of mind. Maybe I would like them to improve is the size and weight of the pendent. He complains it get heavy after wearing it awhile.

I tripped and fell on hard concrete. I have not been able to get up from a fall for over 20 years. If I had not had my medical alert necklace on I would have laid there for many hours in the hot sun. Luckily, I was able to topple over my walker to retrieve my phone for Medical Alert to call me.

Sometimes it takes a while for someone to answer.That is not good when I have an emergency.
