Medical Alert

It is a comfort to have Medical Alert in my home. I live alone, and have used the system at least 3 times. The personnel are understanding and courteous. I definitely recommend the system to people in my circumstances.

My husband fell while I was gone. He used his Med Alert and help was on the way when I got home He's doing fine...nothing was broken. My husband only had a scraped elbow.

I used the button August 31st when I fell, breaking my femur, and your response was fast and efficient. As you may know, notification has been sent you changing two items to your records. I had failed to give you the change in. the telephone number for my daughter so she was not notified and have also chnaged the code on as new touch entry device, Will continue to use your service to feel secure!
