“George” was extremely professional and service oriented. Patiently explained product and functionality, and made sure I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need. Was very impressed with the process, and looking forward to the peace-of-mind.

I have been with Medalert for some time now. Very good service. I went and got one for my boyfriend. Not here yet but I know how it works. I have not needed to use mine. But feel comfortable having the security. Going out o f state in January and it will go with me.

I have to find a friend who has time to help me check the rooms. If not successful I may have to return your equipment. Sounds more complicated than systems other friends have.
