Medical Alert

I purchased the Medical Alert for James Stone and he hasn't received it yet. Joe helped me with my purchase and he was very patient and informative.

Just got it yesterday so haven't had time to really check it out. But when I do I will post a review.

I spoke to the representative named Harry, he was kind, thorough and patient with me and explained everything I needed to know with compassion for my aged mother and myself. I have peace of mind knowing that Mom and I will have 24/7 support.
