Faith was very informed about Medical Alert. She answered ALL my questions, and at no time did I feel pressured to purchase immediately. I checked with another vendor and found Medical Alert would fit my budget better, fit with my needs and I called Faith back with more questions, and made my purchase for one year. I feel very good about this system and already am feeling safer, which is wonderful !
