Medical Alert

Steve did a thorough job explaining how the medical alert works, its upkeep (need for charging the unit), payment options. He did not pressure the sale but answered my questions in a very professional manner.

Bill and Sue Shade, friends of Lois Sowka, investigated medical alert devices and services and decided on Medical Alert. MA is VERY sales oriented, but that is a good thing, as the frequent contacts encouraged us to make a decision and order the services. Rose Fores did a good job answering questions a following through. We are waiting for the equipment to arrive so we can install it for Mrs Sowka.
