Corey was very helpful in answering our questions, and explaining how each item worked.

This is a medical device. We were told that this would arrive at the latest, in 4 days. It just arrived today the 31st, ordered on the 23rd which is 8 days! 8 DAYS - 9 IF YOU COUNT THE ORDER DAY!! In my experience, when things go wrong promises broken from the beginning more disappointments will follow. I will follow up if things get better, but would I recommend this company when so many others are available? No, not at this point. My vacation was cancelled since I was afraid to allow my parent to be home alone at night after falling. At this point I chose poorly
