It continues to be the best. I accidentally hit the button once and didn't realize it until the EMT's were on my front porch. Another time I was at my daughter's in Bumpass, VA, sorta out in the sticks, and accidently hit the button and they called my daughter and told her the medics were on the way. We were able to turn them around that time. My girls were both impressed with the immediate response, no matter where I am. I try to be more careful now that I've had Medical Allert for 4 years and I haven't accidently pushed the button lately. It's a very reassuring service. I've never talked to a person at Medical Allert who wasn't willing to help me. I appreciate their kindness and understanding. I am able to live alone knowing they are available 24/7.
