Medical Alert

The MA has worked very well to call emergency personnel when we have needed them and on the occasional times when we haven't. The key box access works like a champ, one night my husband decided he didn't want to disturb me and called. I woke up to 7 firefighters in our bedroom. Lol

A few weeks ago I fell and could not get up. Paramedics came and helped me up. Because I had closed head wound they suggested I go to ER for cat scan to make sure there was no brain bleed. I went and everything was okay. Only bruises and sore a few days.

Prompt response time and accurate info supplied to the EMT's

Very happy with the service from medical alert. Any time we have needed assistance the response has been prompt on device and with help arriving. Will continue to use.
