Medical Alert has always been very kind to us. We have three loved ones here who use the alerts (mom, dad, father-in-law). Most calls are false alarms (accidentally pushing or dropping the device). They’ve never made us feel bad about it. They’ve also been very helpful when we had true emergencies. They worked patiently with us when we had a system problem, and eventually replaced the entire system without question or delay. Thanks, Guys and Gals! You’re greatly appreciated!
