Medical Alert

Responded in a timely manner, gave code for lock box. EMTS arrived and knew what to do to gain entrance.

Process went as needed. My sister is deafblind and I appreciated the call to advise me that she was confused and lost.

I am in a wheelchair - when my husband fell and was screaming in agony, I pressed the button on my necklace and help was on the way. I would not have been able to dial the phone for help.
