Great service have had to use a couple of times fast response. Had emergency personnel at my home very quickly. Highly recommend

I think this is a good situation to have in case of an emergency but there have been a couple of times that I have actually tested the device and I have been kind of talk to a little ugly like I was taking up someone's time but other than that everything's great

I have used my button too many times to get help getting up from falls. Everyone has been a big help getting the responders here quickly. The only problem I have is the lanyard that is used. The current one has a snap connector and it keeps coming apart. I lost it because of that. I was sent a new one and that one came apart as well. I did not catch it on anything, it just fell off. Would recommend a new style of lanyard.

Very good... One time I did really need it when I fell on our front porch August 30--it worked! (I was taken to ER and all was OK). All the other times when it "went off:" by mistake--you all have been very gracious! Thanks... Kent Ira Groff
