Medical Alert

Within a month of signing on to Medical Alert, my Mom had several falls in her apartment. Medical Alert worked, and help was sent to her immediately. We are grateful for this service.

When I needed help in Sept. they were quick to respond to my call and send help. My family was notified quickly and they knew what was happening and where I was. That was a real worry off my mind.

The time for answering alert calls is outstanding. The one issue is for the pendant, which is highly sensitive.

Everything has been working very well. I have used the system several times and all worked well,

I was in great pain in my left arm and shoulder so called my doctor who advised me to call 911, so I pushed my Medical Alert button and help arrived at my home in minutes. EKG was taken and other tests but it was determined that I was suffering from a reaction to the new 'flu shot for seniors which is stronger than it used to be. All was well and I am grateful to have my Medical Alert button for protection.
