Medical Alert

I called the paramedics because I thought that my husband might be having a stroke. They were at our home in a short time and got him to emergency. Thank God, it was not a stroke. The paramedics did a good job in getting here quickly and taking him, even it was after 11PM. I used the Medical Alert to get in touch with them. Charlene Schmitz

It all worked just fine for my Dad. However - the return process ( the phone call two weeks after mailing it back) was the longest I’ve ever been on hold- over an hour. Terrible.
