Happy with response time from fall detection

I am wondering about the request I placed with your representative in re: to an upgrade to a warning device that detects when I have fallen. Please reply asap.

I have used Medical Alert requesting responders to assist me. Also I accidentally hit the button and they always respond to make sure I’m okay. It’s a reassuring feeling knowing someone is so readily available. They are always courteous and professional.
