I had to use Medic alert twice within a forty five time period. The first time I couldn't hear what the operator was saying so I just kept saying "Help, I came get up.". The second time I could hear the operator and received help quickly. I was pleased with the quick response to my request for help.

I did not have to wait long for the medical professionals to arrive. My Medical Alert pendant worked perfectly for me. Thank you for your superb service.

Once I hit my Medical Alert button, they contacted my family immediately. The firemen were called down and they came as soon as they were alerted. Everything was very fast and efficient.
