Got the attention promptly for all my questions, shipping etc, and I appreciate the courteous attention whenever I accidentally hit the button, and have the immediate option of reporting that there is no need of emergency help. I have recently cancelled my husband’s service due to his 12/22/20 death, but am retaining the service for myself.

We got the MedAlert system for my father. We used it twice and the response was very quick and the key box was great for the first responders to gain access to him. Sadly my father passed away after having the system less than 30 days. Returning the equipment and receiving a refund was so easy. Everyone that I spoke to while setting up the account and the process of returning equipment was so helpful and very kind. I highly recommend them
