I have not received this after ordering this over 3 weeks ago.

Emailed Zanerobe twice about returning items for size exchange with no response.

Ordered a medium hood top, received a large hood top in the post, label on hood top said large, but attached tag said medium, easy mistake on Zanerobe's behalf. When I emailed to advise of your error not once was an apology made, no sorry no nothing. . . . . this is not how you treat your customers, do better and own your mistakes! I had to then go and waste my time filling out an online form, from a link supplied by one of your agents that didn't work, I had to navigate your website, fill out my return form, waste my fuel and go to the post office, wait in line to return an item that wasn't my FAULT to begin with!

Horrible, still haven’t replied to my email regarding returns from 2 weeks ago.
