I have never had an issue with a Yala product. My packages arrive nicely packaged and the items wear well. I like that the bamboo is environmentally responsible.

Top quality products and love the softness of their tees. I’ve bought 5-6 items and have not been disappointed (except when my conditioner stained my first tee, so had to go online to buy 2 more😣). Delivery was about 1-2weeks but I don’t mind the wait for Yala goodies.

Service and communication have been excellent. I’m happy to be reminded of Yala products, but would prefer less frequent emails, perhaps 1-2/week that I could look forward to rather than feeling deluged.

Easy to work with and I appreciate the fact that I received emails back from Yala pertaining to ordering, and letting me know ahead of time regarding an up-coming sale. It was very much on a more personal level.
