I’ve been waiting for 501 The Zip up Hoodie to be available in Venice. Each time I looked it indicated I needed to sign up for notification when available in my size. I decided to contact them directly and ask when it will be available. I was told they sometimes have a reserve for exchanges. Within one day I was notified there was one available. I was able to order and it shipped quickly. Now that is customer service. I will not forget this example of going the extra mile for the customer. Thank you!
