I received prompt information on how to exchange a product I ordered. I sent the product back and my usps tracking number said the package arrived. I double checked the address I copied and pasted from the email so it seems likely it went to the correct place. It arrived November 23, shortly before Black Friday sales and Christmas rush. I emailed after Christmas regarding my exchange and received no response. I reached out again a week later and still received no response. I’m frustrated and would like to have the two pairs of socks for my husband to try.
