These were purchased as a gift and were worn by a very outdoorsy and active 4 year old. When the pair we had started to come apart I contacted the company to find out about the warranty process. In under 2 weeks, 3 or 4 emails with a few pics (and the reciept) we had a new pair of boots on his feet! The customer service is top notch and the boots really are a great quality, these lasted longer than most things he wears!

I appreciated the prompt reply and thorough communication. My issues and concerns were addressed plus corrected. I love their shoes and my kids do too! Which makes their efficient customer service an additional quality to the brand.

Amazing customer service! I damaged a new pair of boots a few weeks after purchase… punctured a sole while doing yard work. I emailed them asking if there was a way to patch it, and they mailed me a new pair! Without hesitation! Y’all have a customer for life, thank you!!!
