Need to return shoes and company did not show up for pick-up, now I have difficulties to find another slot.
I can send the shoes and you take over return costs?
I don't see why I need now to be in a difficult situation finding availability when it was you who did not fulfill your part of the arrangement.
You state that if I am not there when you pick up the package I will need to take over costs for returning it separately.
But what about you not turning up, will you reimburse me for my lost time?
