I received the wrong item. Then when I reached out to customer service it took long periods of time for them to respond and finally they stopped responding. I still don’t know if they are going to send me the item I ordered

Still awaiting refund. Sizes were so off. I was excited and did like the product but the sizing is so off. Almost 1 1/2 months of waiting. Then i still need to rebuy what i want at a higher price. Sigh

return takes forever. I just wanted an exchange. I like the product but the sizing is all off. Almost 2 months to get my items and no money back. Its been frustrating not gunna lie. But i do like the brand.
