Hands down the best warranty service I've ever had! I had a pair of salomon boots that had a manufacture defect and the laces failed. Originally contacted Salomon and got the run around. Their website directed me to the place of purchase. Contacted U.S. Elite by simply responding to my original order email and told them about the issue. A couple photos later and a new pair of boots was in the mail for me. Absolutely outstanding job by this company. This was my first pair of Salomons, and will probably not be purchasing them again. However, if I do it will definitely be from U.S. Elite! The only recommendation I would make is that they update their website to reflect their warranty process/ location. I wasn't able to find any info about it on the website so I gave responding to the order email a shot and that got everything in motion.
