A few months before the COVID shutdown (and before COVID was in the news) I put most of my household, including my clothes, into storage awaiting a new place. Things did not go as planned. When I finally moved into a new home a few years later, I found a lot of my clothes were damaged or just not what I wanted to wear anymore. Wearing more casual clothes to work was okay for a while, but more meetings have become in person with clients and my “headed to the gym” look was no longer cutting it. My former “standby” places where I used to shop did not seem to be making clothes for me (looking at you Talbots). An on-line search for “women’s professional clothing” lead me to Universal Standard. I am thrilled at the selection -- not just for work clothes! I have ordered six times since March 2025 as I rebuild my wardrobe. Everything I bought looks great, is easy to care for, and well made. I am very happy with all of my purchases.
