I have developed Thoracic Outlet Syndrome after having my 4 children and years of carrying babies and feeding/nursing. I have yet to have surgery to repair the issue due to the age of my youngest. The neck and shoulder pain from bra straps has been unbearable for years and most days by the end I could barely lift my arm. I found these bras by doing a desperate google search and they have been life changing! I bought one size bigger than I normally wear based on reviews I had read and that was a good choice. I probably could have worn the smaller size (i'm a B/C cup) but to get them over your already sore shoulders it's easier with the larger size. I like the removable pad inserts and found that I'm comfortable either way. I have not bought the zipper front yet but those will be my next purchase. I do find that they show with some shirts due to the wide shoulder straps but it's worth it to me for the pain relief. I also noticed that when I first started wearing them that it took a few hours to get used to the way the shoulders feel as I found that it almost felt like a bra strap was falling off my shoulder but that quickly goes away as you adjust. I was worried when I first looked at this bra that it would be hot to wear but it is not at all. I could be in the middle of a hot flash and I have not noticed it holding heat or making me sweat at all. I'm not sure there are words to fully explain the difference this bra has made in my shoulder/neck pain. I have told all of my friends about this product and plan to purchase more. They are wonderful! If you are having neck/shoulder pain this is it. Ordering and shipment was easy and right on time. I will order this again!
