Fast shipping but got xl and still ay way too small

Great overall, although I did pay for 2nd day air and it took a week to get here, although that may have been a problem with FedEx.

So far over the years have had great experiences with customer service when needed. One of the reasons I have stuck with Tommie Copper for last 11 years.

The only thing I had to figure out was the size as I ending up having to exchange for a Large even though I take Extra Large for the other shirts, but the exchange process was super easy and very efficient which I greatly appreciated and why I choose Tommie Copper products.
