Thoughtful Impressions

Good service

My friend loved her key chain. I was so happy to find it. Beautiful job!

I was easily able to find the charm I wanted. Even though it was a short time until Christmas, and they were able to beautifully engrave and ship it within two days, even though this was probably their busiest time of year.

Timely and accurate. The only mistake was mine, and I ended up having to replace it. The second/correct one arrived Christmas Eve. Thank you.

Easy online ordering process. The knife I ordered was too big for a gift box, so they credited that back and let me know prior to doing so. Great selection and service! Would highly recommend Thoughtful Impressions!!
