I ordered two of the exact same rings. Their customer service was great to call and tell me one of the rings was damaged and they only had one ring left. We worked to figure out something that worked even better and they shipped it to me faster for the same price!! My rings were perfect, they have a great selection and their website was quick and easy to use. 10/10 would recommend!!

I have ordered products for a number of years from Thoughtful Impressions. This year I made an error in the shipping address and I received notification it was getting returned. I needed the order for the holidays and even though the error was on me they quickly re-did the order and rushed the shipment so I had it in time. Great customer service!!
