Thoughtful Impressions

Shopping online and customizing the engraving was easy and got the look I wanted. The turnaround time from order to delivery was really fast and I even received it sooner than expected. And the recipient was very happy with their gift. I do wish sizing was better on the bracelet - it said it was 7 inch diameter but it was not - more like 7 inch circumference or length which is a huge difference. Fortunately that was not an issue for the recipient. Quality of the products is very good also - I wanted sterling silver and it was readily available. Make sure you read the item details.

Everything as described and arrived quickly.

I was so pleased with my order and customer service. I had ordered some engraved key chains to be delivered by a specific date. I didn’t take into account a long weekend federal holiday and messaged customer service who quickly remedied my shipping timeline. The key chains looked beautiful, came on time and were cherished by all. It was a great way to commemorate the hard work by my colleagues.

This is the second bracelet I've purchased from your company. I am so happy with the quality, and they have made great gifts for my sons.

I bought a pocket watch and it turned out better than I expected. I had some personal engraving done and I love to say I own such a thing. It only took a few days to get to me and there is more than enough soft fabric and foam to protect it from scratching.
