package still not received

Hi Lori I cant give a review at this time as I have not received the necklace I ordered. Expected delivery was December 2nd and I have since checked with our post office just in case it was delivered there in lieu of our home. Can someone track it down. Its been over 2 weeks and Christmas is fast approaching. Thank you
