I had purchased a beautiful bracelet with a charm with my grandsons name inscribed on it for my daughter in law. She loved it. With the recent birth of her daughter I wanted to get another charm. I contacted the company to see if I could order another one. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was so helpful. He found my order and made another charm for me. It was perfect.

I called with an issue with my purchase and Jessica was extremely responsive. She effected a prompt solution and I will be happily to recommend TI to friends and relatives.
