Bought to attached and personalize a Coach wrist wallet we gave our daughter. The gold matched the trim on the wallet perfectly.

The charm is beautiful and looks great on my chain.

We had misspelled an engraving on a necklace for our friend and we hadn’t noticed it until after the necklace was already shipped. We called and spoke to customer service and explained the situation, they were FANTASTIC! It was our fault but yet they said they would make a new necklace for us with the correct spelling at only 50% of the original cost and they also covered shipping. I can’t explain how much this meant to us and how great their customer service was. I HIGHLY recommend! Not to mention, the necklace was beautiful!
