Ordered 13 d both boots marked 13 d right boot to small left boot was the right size left boot looks to be a 11 or 12 not sure

Boots that i bought made my feet hurt. Had to use my old red wing boots

Bought the Thorogood Men's American Heritage 6" Moc Toe, MAXWear 90 Safety Toe Boot thru Amazon. Boots lasted not even a month. I am in the construction field and I’m not hard on boots at all ( no concrete or asphalt), the soles on my boots came apart on both the left and right boot. Emailed you guys several times with no response. Now I’m out a pair a boots and $209. Please make this right. Davidsnyder1075@gmail.com

The fit of these boots is so much tighter than the pair they replaced (also Thorogood boots). I thought I could oil and wear them to get them to stretch but they are so tight I cannot wear them. Feels like a wasted $200 unfortunately.

The lace hooks on my left boot were staggered so bad that it makes them hard to lace. Contacted customer service and offered to send a picture twice with no reply. I bought the 814-4200 size 8 1/2 d. First time I have ever spent $235 in my life on a pair of boots and I'm 72 years old. Looks like I made a mistake trying to buy American. Thanks a lot
