I've shopped with Aday for many years now and their garments really do stand the test of time. The structure and quality are really good for the price point and any time I have a question the customer service team are right on it and have a positive outcome. I'll be a customer for a long time yet!

Everything was seamless. Website was easy to navigate and purchase from, packages arrived quickly and with no issue, product was extremely well made and no surprises at all. I can’t recall if comments can be searched, I sometimes use that feature so I’d you don’t have it, that could be nice. I had a couple of post-purchase questions and customer service was prompt and helpful. One thing I’d like to see is a way to get items that don’t work out back into the ADAY sales platform as a used item, like MM LaFleur second chance or whatever that is, for items that are like new but not necessarily a match. Leze the label has a Facebook “lounge” where items can be sold but Facebook is pretty awful, I realize. I’ve used that to resell some like new items that just weren’t plastering, so it was nice to get them to someone who knows the brand and who was looking for the exact item. That’s my two cents! You all are doing fantastic! I love everything I’ve received so far, and highly recommend to anyone who might ask :) Sorry for any typos, typing on phone.
