A classic and still great. I first purchased these 15 years ago and wore them through ice and sleet on my midwest college campus. I foolishly got rid of them at one point, thinking they were no longer my style. Just repurchased to wear during my Scottish Highland elopement. They're just as good as I remember -- sturdy, great traction, timeless aesthetic. Shipping a little weird -- my package said it was delivered but didn't arrive until the day after I received that update. Everything worked out though and din't take too long. Bought these online, which is always risky, but they came within a week and were exactly what I wanted. Very comfortable right from the start and they look great with socks or without. I'm a size 7 and the fit was true to a 7 medium.
