Classic Frye craftmanship & quality. Delivery was on time and without issues. I researched and e-chatted with Frye personnel before purchasing these final sale booties. I was looking for a more dressy bootie, but did not take into account the height of the shaft and circumference. I have narrow feet and ankles. The 6. 5 is normally the perfect size for me; however, not in this style. I love my Reed and Sara booties and will keep looking.
