Waiting for a response

I love how fast the order came. Some of the sizes were way off! Too big or too small. The material used is so soft and very durable. I had to return 3 out of the 5 Pajamas ordered! And then to find out I have to pay $22 out of pocket too return! So outrageous, because of this I will not order from this company again! It’s unfortunate because the items are well made and very cute! I wanted to order a replacement of one of the pjs ordered but I can’t unless I pay the price of the pjs now because I can’t exchange. I have too return (at my own cost) and if o want the same item I need to just order it again but at whatever price the item is at now. So you miss out on the sale that you originally ordered with.

I have sent two emails to you requesting help to return the two robes I bought. I can’t email the return form as you have requested before actually returning, and am asking for help. The purchase date was Nov. 21, 2021, order number 2645. I’m not going to package them up, and pay for postage until I hear from you that you will accept my return.
