Generous amounts of fabric with the kit I ordered. Only thing I would have liked was a notification that it shipped, but it did arrive in a timely fashion and well-packed.

I signed up for the Quilt this City swatch program and when I went to pay the apron pattern was still in my cart. I had tried to buy it online weeks prior but had problems getting the sale to wrap up. I am not the most techy but I did manage to buy both at that point but I don’t think your checkout process is as streamlined as it could be…however, your shop is wonderful as is the staff and the perks of being a customer there are a nice surprise. I’m talking about the unexpected 10% off I received the other day because of past purchases adding up. And I really appreciate everything you do for the Modern Guild.

It was a good experience except I was finding not many of the fabric swatches to my favorite taste enough to order yardage except once.

My order arrived missing two items. I called and spoke with a live person right away. They corrected the error, they were out of the color I chose, but sent me a wonderful substitution.
