I have been trying to exchange my lovely gown which is exrea small and I need a medium. I have written at least 10 emails asking help for an exchange with no response or support. I have paid for this and have a gown which fits no one!

Can’t give a review. Ordered the nightgown on April 24 and still haven’t received it . Today is May 10th. I ordered it for my daughter’s birthday on May 11.

Scam company. Will not let me return!

I ordered 2 but opened one to try it. Fit perfect except too long but I could shorten it. Washed it and it SHRUNK. Sleeves above the wrist, tight across the shoulders in back, had to unbutton the top button so it wouldn't choke me,front won't stay buttoned, but at least I no longer needed to shorten it. Struggled with return process on line for the one return, $10 return shipping, and left with one expensive cleaning rag.
