Not convenient when having to
Not convenient when having to do a return for exchanges and one order didn't even fulfill and begin to ship for days and then was sent by the slow boat method with USPS whereas the other order was fulfilled at lightening speed, so much so that when I tried to cancel the order a day and a half later (because I had ordered from their amazon store that had the items back in stock), the 1 For U online store customer service/supervisor couldn't stop the shipment in time. That order was shipped via UPS and arrived quickly within a couple of days.
But actually, the whole return and exchange ordeal is extremely frustrating as trying to get things handled with customer service and having to explain things over and over was a daunting nightmare. It all even had me in tears on the phone. Finally after quite a lengthy phone call and being transferred to the supervisor, he finally made the situation right. However, the 2 return shipments, using their label and the other package was refused, it is still taking an extremely long time to get there therefore, a super long time before we can even get refunded. Due to these complicated and frustrating experiences, I have to say, I nor anyone in our household or relatives will ever be ordering directly from this company again. If we purchase their nightwear, it will be from their amazon store. Which by the way, is connected but somehow oddly unconnected according to my conversation with The 1 For U even thought shipped from amazon but it is still sold by The 1 For U - Very Confusing!
