It took longer than I expected to get this in the mail. The quality is good so I was glad to get it.

Wrong gown

Was difficult to access a return label and customer service took a very long time to respond to my email, and I had to email more than once. I like the nightgown very much but it is a slight deterrent to buy again after having to wait so long for a response in order to make my return.

Shipping is the worse!
