Wallet marred and monogram not included as requested. I returned wallet for a refund

Product did not fit. Tanner was good about a resolution. Would have preferred and exchange for a different size.

Terrible customer service, terrible logistics, terrible excuse of a company. They've sent me the wrong order not once, but twice, and it's now been 18 days since I ordered and paid for an item that was in stock and ready to ship. The first time they sent me someone else's order that was supposed to be going literally 1,000 miles away across the country. The second time they sent me the correct model but in a size that was 10 sizes too small. It also been 4 days since I've last heard from them and I'm completely in the dark about whether or not they're attempting, FOR A THIRD TIME, to ship the correct product I ordered and paid for nearly three weeks ago. Also they're so arrogant, they can't even admit they're wrong doing or attempt a feeble apology, all they can do is "thank me for my patience." Yeah, Right. 0/10 would not recommend. Horrible experience!!!
