Summit Hut customer service is great. I screwed up my order and got a Gore-Tex pair when I wanted the non-Gore Tex and they took care of me right away. One of their staff ordered the boots for me personally while I was on the phone with him so I got exactly what I needed. Then I found out the non Gore Tex version was never on their web site. It is a great store.
