My experience was first- class. The descriptions of the services provided and the deliverable product were spot- on. The order was turned around quickly, and a reputable and speedy carrier was selected to delivery my order to me. These days, it's all too common for companies to ship orders with the slowest/ cheapest/ worst carrier option - I get it, they want to save a buck. But I don't think they understand how impactful that negative experience is to their brand. Sons of Gotham seems to err the other way, where they prefer for their customers to have a great experience, end- to- end. It shows. And it's much appreciated.
