The shipping / exchange process totally fell off their radar so I had to be pro-active and call - this was a bit frustrating.

I will go to travel in 2 days, please refund me asap.

all went well except a no exchange policy on a size is reason for me not to shop with you again.

No return policy would prohibit future purchase. Especially the colour is not as advertised.
