I kept returning to the Sofft website to look at the Adelaide shoe to see if anyone had left a review, but no one had - so I took the plunge. I really wanted a closed toe heel to wear with dresses in the cooler months, and this shoe will work great for that. As I’ve gotten a bit older, I’ve noticed I need a bit more padding under the ball of my feet if I’m wearing any type of heel, and I did add an insert that fits in the ball of the shoe that provides a bit more cushion without making the toe box too tight. My feet are a bit wide, so I ordered a 9. 5. In past Sofft orders, I’ve always gotten a size 9, but wanted to be sure I had enough room in the toe box.
